Why serious investors are looking at Dholera
Government-backed master plan
Dholera is India’s first Special Investment Region, planned end-to-end by the Gujarat government under the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor — not a private layout.
Infrastructure arriving on schedule
Activation Area roads, the 24x7 power network, water supply, and the Dholera International Airport are already under construction, not on paper.
Connectivity to Ahmedabad
A dedicated expressway and the upcoming airport put Dholera within an easy commute of Ahmedabad, shortening the gap between the city and this new industrial hub.
